Cold Weather At Home Workout

It can be so hard for me to keep up my workout routine when it starts getting cold outside and getting dark at 5PM. It's the worst! Here's a good quick little workout I can do at home, if I happen to miss my workout or just am starting to get stir crazy.



3-5 Rounds for Time of:
10 Push-Ups (or push-ups from the knee)
15 Burpees
20 Jumping Air Squats (or regular  air squats)
25 Sit-Ups
