Quick Nap Time Workout

Some days Ian's naps are a little unpredictable. He may sleep for an hour in the morning, but only sleep for 30 minutes in the afternoon. The AM nap is usually my time to get work done and clean, but I'm more flexible with my time during his afternoon nap. I wanted to share a quick workout that I can do if I just don't have the time to get a full 45 minutes to an hour workout in that day, and it's not one of my normal days to hit up the 11:30AM crossfit class.

5 Rounds for Time of:
10 Push-Ups (or push-ups from the knee)
15 Air Squats
20 Alternating One Arm Dumbbell or Kettlebell Power Snatches  (great movement standard video here)
